IDSENTRA may use appropriate account, service, deployment, support, and system-health information needed to provide contracted services, subject to applicable agreements and policies.
Customers remain responsible for configuring and using IDSENTRA consistently with applicable privacy, retention, regulatory, security, and incident-response obligations.
