One event, different responsibilities

Give each person the part of the workflow they are responsible for—not the entire system.

IDSENTRA is designed so a cashier, door attendant, supervisor, security officer, investigator, compliance reviewer, administrator, and executive can work from the same operational history without receiving identical permissions or screens. Frontline work stays compact; sensitive review and configuration remain limited to authorized roles.

At the point of interaction

Frontline staff should be able to make the expected decision without navigating an administrative product.

The frontline experience focuses on the immediate encounter and the organization's approved handling path. Deeper authority appears only when the job requires it.

  1. Cashiers & service staff

Capture the ID, see the age and expiration context needed for the transaction, follow the permitted decision path, and request help when the encounter falls outside routine policy.

  2. Door & checkpoint staff

Keep admission moving with a clear identity and age view, configured screening context, and an obvious escalation path for questionable credentials or potential matches.

  3. Supervisors & managers

Receive escalations with the original identity, operator, location, and reason attached; review exceptions; document a disposition; and return a clear outcome to the frontline team.

  4. Mobile & event teams

Use the same core process at temporary entrances, wristband stations, service zones, VIP checkpoints, and mobile locations while retaining site and device context.

When the encounter becomes an incident

Security and investigative teams receive the context behind the alert instead of a vague notification.

The identity event can move into response and casework without requiring staff to re-enter the story or expose protected investigation tools to frontline users.

  1. Security teams

Acknowledge and own context-rich alerts, understand where the encounter started, coordinate response, escalate when needed, and preserve the handling record.

  2. Investigators

Open or continue structured casework with the originating identity event, evidence, documents, timeline, actors, related alerts, and final disposition connected.

  3. Responsible-gaming teams

Review configured self-exclusion or responsible-gaming results under appropriate access controls and connect the decision to response, evidence, reporting, and property policy.

  4. Compliance & audit reviewers

Reconstruct relevant encounters by actor, time, location, source, decision, escalation, evidence, and disposition according to authorized access and retention rules.

Configuration stays out of quick operational access

Administrative authority belongs in protected back-office workflows.

Operational authentication can support fast frontline and explicitly permitted managerial work, but it should not become a shortcut into system configuration, security policy, integrations, user administration, or other privileged controls.

  1. System administrators

Manage users, roles, authentication, locations, devices, integrations, policy, retention, security settings, and system readiness through protected administrative access.

  2. Compliance administrators

Configure authorized policies, review boundaries, reporting access, retention expectations, and regulated-source workflows without exposing those controls to ordinary operational sessions.

  3. Enterprise leadership

Review authorized cross-location trends, operational outcomes, escalations, and governance information without needing to operate frontline scanning or investigative tools.

  4. IT & security teams

Evaluate authentication, tenant boundaries, integration custody, deployment, health, continuity, data lifecycle, and evidence against the organization's security requirements.

Least privilege in practical terms

Faster access for operational work should never mean broader administrative authority.

IDSENTRA separates frontline and managerial operating tasks from protected administration so the convenience required at a busy checkpoint does not weaken control over configuration, security, integrations, or sensitive records.
